Omega-3 fishoil derives from species that contain high proportion of Omega-3 fatty acids. It comes with a fresh taste of lemon that is much weaker than that of conventional cod liver oil.
There are no added vitamins allowing the Omega-3 oil to be consumed together with cod liver oil in order to increase to consumption of essential fatty acids.
