LYSI’s Cod Liver Oil is rich in EPA and DHA fatty acids. Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) and vitamin D (cholecalciferol) is added to the oil. The Cod Liver Oil is obtained from the fresh livers of cod caught in the clean waters around Iceland.
The oil will be released as an API product for pharmaceutical use.
A pale yellow oil. Odour and taste are slightly fishy. The oil is obtained from fresh liver of cod (Gadus morhua morhua) and other species of Gadidae. It is neutralised, bleached, winterised and deodorised. Vitamin A (retinyl palimitate) and vitamin D (cholecalciferol) is added to the oil.
